What Really Sets this Boil Kettle apart from the rest is the first ever integrated trub Dam and pickup tube assembly. That has been designed into the back of the 304 grade Ss 127mm (1/2 Inch) 3 pc Ball valve. We thought it would be cool to help brewers pull off a more efficient whirlpool before transferring their wort to their fermenter. And with a few beers and a little stroke of hopped up genius (pun intended) Ss Brewtech came up with what will go down in home brewing history as a pretty clever little solution to what is an important part of the brewing process. Other features include a robust triclad bottom, silicon grab handles Internal litre markings and strong riverted handles.

Check out this short review of the new 20 Gallon Brew Kettle by Ss Brew Tech! Robust construction, weld-less fittings, silicone covered heat resistant handles, and a removable trub dam make it unique. (Music by Chad Fifer - www.hppodcraft.com) This is one of the best kettles on the market and is certainly the best kettle I own - a noticeable step up from converted kegs. The trub dam is what makes this kettle unique. It's a removable metal blade fixed with a heat resistant silicone rubber sleeve which is designed to prevent trub from flowing into the pickup tube. If you are in the market for a new kettle, definitely check it out. Although it didn't leak, I accidentally installed it backwards. To see the manufacturers instructions please check here - http://tinyurl.com/n4zajp3
